Extrue Lamination

Extrue lamination is a process that can be applied to thermoplastic/polymer type engineering materials. The principle of the polymer extrusion process has a way of working that is similar to the metal extrusion process, it’s just that there is a difference in the construction of the machine used, where the use of a ram is replaced with a screw. The process is carried out by using polyprophilene plastic pellets (pellets) as the main ingredient which will be put into a hopper.,

Support and Convert

We do not only do printing, but we can also help make designs, print lamination, even bag making. With our team and technology, the prints we produce will satisfy the eyes of our customers.

Laminate

The process of layering or lamination from the first layer to the 2nd or 3rd layer where to coat the print on the first layer so that the ink or design can be safe from the product itself

Slitting (Cut Process)

Slitting itself is actually not always synonymous with the printing industry. Basically, slitting is the process of cutting large rolls of material. This material can be paper, stickers, vinyl, plastic, cloth, rubber and even foil. So that it can cut large sheets or rolls of material quickly and precisely.

Bag Making

The finishing form of flexible packaging / laminated packaging could be in the form of a roll, it could also be in the form of a bag.

For finishing in the form of this bag, generally consists of 3 types, namely:
1. Standing Pouch
2. Three Side Seal
3. Center Seals
